  • 1/2 cup of mayonnaise

  1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and place them in a large pot. Cover the potatoes with water and add a pinch of salt. boil potatoes until they are tender but firm, approximately 15-20 minutes. Avoid overcooking, as you want the potatoes to hold their shape when sliced.
